Astronaut Hall of Fame

by Liam

We spent five very long days in Florida. Some of us got headaches and other sickness. I had a headache soon after we got to space camp and felt very sick. Later, we all went to the Astronaut Hall of Fame, which is a part of space camp. I did run some simulators there. When I was there I got a chance to go on the 4-G simulator. It spins round and round and if you let go of the handholds your arms begin to feel heavy and you will have to struggle to get a grip on the handholds again. I was also able to enjoy another simulator that lets you go on a test flight of an experimental plane. During this simulation you fly up to a space station, refuel and fly back and land. This simulator had lots of movement and was very fun. On our field trip some kids had been with Mr. Weiner before. In the time we had at space camp I did not get to use many of the simulators there. Now my goal is to come back with Mr. Weiner next year so I can have great times like I did this year.
