The Exercising Simulator
By: Gabby

I went on an exercising simulator. This simulator is used to help you learn how to exercise in space. When you are in space, gravity does not pull down on all of the joints of your body the way it does when you are standing on the earth. This lack of pulling down makes your joints get stiff unless you exercise on a simulator like the one that I got to experience. Using the simulator like the one got to experience allows your joint to stay limber (even in space). I loved using this simulator because e I love to run. The only part of this simulator I did not love was when you were running upside-down. This made me feel nauseous. Otherwise, I thought the simulator was a great experience for fun and for learning about living and working in space.
