Meet: Brett William English
Student
Who I am - words that describe me:
Smart and Imaginative:
Because I try to study and learn a lot, and I am always imagining what
it will be like in the future. I like to daydream, create stories, and
draw all kind of things.
My personal challenges:
I helped build the Scott Carpenter Station and was SCUBA certified during
its maiden voyage.
My career:
I am a high school student.
Likes/Dislikes about career:
I like learning and seeing friends at the same place.
Influences:
My grandfather has been a great influence because he served in World War
II, worked at NASA for many years, and is a very experienced diver. I
always admired how he did so many important things that helped our country.
Future goals:
My goal is to be someone you could respect and to always do the right
thing. I would like to be an example of a good person to everyone I meet.
My thoughts about space exploration:
Space exploration interests me because it is one of the last great places
to be explored. My parents worked at NASA, and I have always been fascinated
by space. I believe we should always explore space to our best ability.
We should never stop exploring space (P.S. Get a man on Mars soon!)
Personal information:
I have a gerbil named Aqua Gerbil because it lived in an underwater habitat
for two days. My hobbies include video games, reading and drawing. I live
with my two brothers, stepsister and two stepbrothers. In the future I
want to be a computer programmer, mostly designing video games.
