The Cassini Program has undergone a lengthy and thorough test program to
verify that all critical ground and flight systems are Y2K compatible.  The
Cassini Y2K test program, conducted over the past year, consisted of code
inspection, analysis, and testing.  No changes were required to the
spacecraft or its instruments to achieve Y2K compatibility as none of their
components are date sensitive.  Minor changes were required to a very
limited number of components of the ground system that were inherited from
previous missions; all changes have been verified to be correctly
implemented.
