Challenge: Design a Martian

This Martian is a bacteria. It lives under the surface of Mars in liquid water. The bacteria looks like green glowing spaghetti with white dots. It oxidizes hydrogen to make carbohydrates. The chemical reaction gives the bacteria the greenish glow, and it's also the source of the bacteria's energy.
