Challenge: Design a Martian

Ms. Cofer's Science – Nemo

• Nemo is a penguin that lives on Mars, and has a heated beak, and has sticky feet.
• Nemo lives underground in the ice on Mars.
• It eats Dust and Ice.
• It can sense thin ice a long way away.
• It has five inch thick feathers for warmth.
• It has sharp talons.
• It flies.
• It sheds feathers to create a bed.
• Nemo breathes carbon dioxide.
• It is three feet tall and weighs forty lbs.
  

Special features:

• Spinning hot beak that helps it get water out of the ice.
• Exoskeleton
• Camel eyelids
