The Iceamegalos
Twenty to twenty-five meters (around 70-80
ft. long) in length and two to three meters in diameter (6-10 ft.) this
monster is a vicious creature roaming in the poles of Mars. This creature
is know as the "Iceamegalos" (ice-uhh-meg-uh-los). Eating frozen
particles in the ice and other rivals and using its energy to move within
the ice,
by gripping the ice with its spikes and pulling them back thrusting the
Iceamegalos forward. By this process repeating itself rapidly this creature
can travel up to 35mph. This monster's head heats up to 125 degrees (but
with a normal body temperature of seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit) Fahrenheit
this way as the monster travels he can melt this ice ahead of him. The
Iceamegalos eats frozen particles in the ice and gets its water from
the ice. This creature breathes in carbon dioxide and puts out carbon
dioxide (less value) through its mouth and its nasal area. The Iceamegalos
reproduces sexually finding a mate (male with female). Not until 1 year
will a young Iceamegalos will be born or given birth to. The Iceamegalos
travels long distance by navigating from the vibrations from within the
core of the planet. With a life span of 10 years the Iceamegalos roam
throughout the polar ice caps of Mars. It can hear, smell, and see ten
times that the human can. This monster's outer layer is made up of nuclear
radiant scales to be able to heat up. This monster is the color of its
surroundings to hid within or stalk rivals. The Iceamegalos is a vicious
creature and a very interesting one at that!
