Challenge: Design a Martian

Mrs. Wyllie/Mr. Penfield's Science class - North Country Union Junior High School, Derby, Vermont
Sam, Jen, Adam, Ryan, Amy & Tim

Our Martian's Reddy
Our Martian is Reddy because Mars is the red planet and his head is red, with a green body. He is a bacterium. He has pores with which he absorbs water and carbon dioxide through the ground. He lives under the ground, so he can survive the weather conditions such as strong winds, fog and storms. He would now be able to live above the surface of Mars. He gets his energy from the reaction of hydrogen and carbon dioxide which produce methane and water. He has a carbon tube with which he draws in all of this nutrients from the ground. One a year a Reddy has to make enough gel to form another Reddy or Freddy. This is how he reproduces asexually. Remember Reddy is a boy. So this is how the Reddy family keeps on going. Reddy loves Mars and he is Reddy for action!!!!
