On April 16, at 9:30 am Pacific, about an hour and a half before the scheduled launch of STS-90, we took you live to Banana Creek. What is Banana Creek? Well, it is the location at Kennedy Space Center where special guests come to watch the launches.

    The event went something like this:
    • 5 Minutes of Introductions
    • 20 Minute Virtual Tour of the Saturn Facility
    • 30 Minute presentation and discussion with: Joe Delai of the International Space Station program at NASA
    • 30 Minute discussion with a guest Astronaut!

We will be joined by Linda Conrad sometime this week. Linda is the Sharing NASA, NeurOn Project manager. She has been at Kennedy all week delivering NeurOn At The Launch! a series of live presentations of the her experiences leading up to the lauch. After the launch Linda will interview live some of the payload crew that will have just launched their experiments into space!
