Andy Berkun is a design and test engineer for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory's Radar Science and Engineering Section. He has designed and built hardware for components of several JPL radars, and has built test equipment for evaluating their performance.

He has over a dozen successful designs currently in operation, more than half in a space radiation environment. He holds one patent and has written two relevant papers.
