I am assuming that by "space lava" you mean lava found on other planets and
moons.  There are some similarities to the lava flows found on the Big
Island of Hawaii (where many different varieties are found), and those on
Mars, at least in some locations.  In fact, one of the Mars Rovers was
tested recently on the Big Island.  On other planets and moons lava flows
are different.  On Io for example, the lava mostly consists of sulfur compounds.
