Why do you think NASA and the satellites are the best things about your job?

I think that working with NASA and satellites is great because we get to see
the satellites go from someone's idea to reality.  I have experienced first
hand, discussions among engineers on "how to do things".  I see and hear and
participate in discussions on different approaches.  Then I get to see the
final product; what worked - what did not.  It is very intellectually
stimulating and unexplainably rewarding!  The other great thing is that we
are exploring the earth and the universe.  That can be very exciting
because we get to see a perspective of earth and the universe that many
never do.

The other reason I like working for NASA is the team of people I get to work
with.  They are a group of people who have a strong commitment to their
work; they are willing to put in what is required to get the job done and
they believe in what they do.  It is fun to come to work with people who are
that excited about their job.
