We encourage you to submit your work from this activity and we will post it online.

Guidelines for Submitting Work

Textual Information

If your work is strictly text-based, you can send it in an email message to:

Graphical Information

If you work is strictly graphics-based, and is in one of the following formats:

gif
pict
tiff
jpeg

you can enclose it in an email message if your email software supports MIME-enclosures (such as pine or Eudora). Send it to Chris Tanski (ctanski@servtech.com).

If you can't send a MIME-compliant email, or if your graphical information is not in one of the four formats shown above, please refer to the next few sections.

Graphical/Text Information

If your work was created by one of the following applications:

WordPerfect
Microsoft Word for the Mac
ClarisWorks
Microsoft Works for the Mac
MacWrite
WriteNow
The Writing Center

you can enclose it in an email message if your email software supports MIME-enclosures (such as pine or Eudora). Send it to Chris Tanski (ctanski@servtech.com).

If you can't send a MIME-compliant email, or if your information is not in one of the seven formats shown above, please refer to the next few sections.

Information in Electronic Format

If you work is already in HTML format, please send email to Chris Tanski (ctanski@servtech.com) with the URL, if it's also online, or the html documents, if not. Graphics can also be sent as MIME-enclosures.

If your information can be placed on a FTP site, you can do that and then send access instructions to Chris Tanski (ctanski@servtech.com).

If none of the above methods will work

Please send email to Chris Tanski (ctanski@servtech.com) explaining the situation. Please briefly discuss the nature of your work and what method would be best suited for submitting the data. Fax and postal mail are both possibilities.
