Dear Journal,

I woke up around nine O'clock this morning. We tired to link up with the portable but we couldn't get a good link. We were supposed to do a live interview with Mark Bascaran. The next approach was to use the ship's link, they needed me to man the INMARSAT in the radio room. I only had four hours a sleep last night. I almost fell asleep in the radio room. I ship's INMARSAT wasn't holding up the link well enough to do the Interview. So Mark tried to do an audio interview. He told I could take a nap because they didn't need me for a while also because I stayed up so late working. When you are in the radio room escorted by a Coast Guard member you can't have any type of recording media in there. So they wouldn't let Mark do his interview in there. Five minutes after I feel asleep, Seth came down to tell me that I need to man the ships INMARSAT. I got up and link up for about a half an hour it wasn't working very well. So we broke for lunch and we were going to link up in two hours. So finally I got some sleep. We set up in the wet lab and I was in the radio room again. We didn't have a good link at all. So we planed to do the interview tomorrow. After all that I couldn't go to bed. So I stayed up and ate dinner and watched a movie.
