Dear Journal,

I woke up late this morning. It is hard for me to wake up early when I work so late.

We did a link up this morning. It is easier to track the satellite when the ship is not moving; we get things done a lot faster.

All day today they were doing flight operations, flying scientists to and from the Sheba Ice Station. Some of the scientists will be staying on board until we get to Point Barrow. The flight operations will be continuing until tomorrow then we will head off to Barrow. We are supposed to meet up with the other half of the NASA team in Point Barrow. I can't wait for that.
