On Friday there was a curfew for the Coast Guard and us. They called it the "Cinderella Liberty" and we had to be back at midnight. In the morning we went to the top of a mountain above the port and tested out the INMAR SAT. My NT Workstations (computer) Ethernet connection was not working and we were stuck on the mountain so we made the best of it and made a live audio connection using the G3 computer. We had a chat window for questions from our viewers were we'd answer them live. I couldn't believe how many bugs were on this island. They kept flying in my face and in my eyes. I wish I had a huge can of RAID. There was a lady from Holland named Yani who we interviewed and asked questions about. One of the neat things about the technology we have is that you can go to the website and hear or see all of the interviews that we have done so far.

Later that evening after the multimedia Internet event we went to the Coast Guard base that was located on the Kodiak Island. There we ate dinner at this restaurant where I had the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. It was so bad I didn't even finish eating my first bite. Luckily I didn't have to pay for it. After that we went to the movie theatre on base and saw "Can't Hardly Wait". It was a great movie and I enjoyed watching it. We then went back to the boat and went to sleep.
