On Wednesday we were on our way back to the Kodiak Islands. Early in the morning we had a live interview with one of the female Officers on board the Polar Star. We set up live audio and video and asked her some questions about the ship, the crew, and conditions of the Arctic. That lasted for about three hours or so with set up and everything else. The video was very good and the audio was also pretty good.

In some ways I was looking forward to reaching land but on the other hand I was a little disappointed that we were backtracking. It would delay our trip a little to have to go back and stay on the island for a while, for the repair and fixing of the boiler.
