Final Results: Lake Park Elementary

a picture of a balsa wood glider

Teacher's Name: Sharon Camp
School's name: Lake Park Elementary
Level: I
Your name: Karissa and Travis ( representing Mrs. Camp's class)
Your grade: 3rd grade
e-mail address: sharon@naples.net

Modifications:

a drwing of the glider

I changed the: wings, tail, and fuselage.
What I changed on the wings was the shape. I changed them to a triangle so wind would get under them and create better lift. I changed the tail to a rectangular shape but I do not have the reason for that. I put a point at the front of the fuselage and added ¸ oz. of clay.

Trial Test # Distance (In Inches)
1 247
2 178
3 217
4 233
5 240
